    Buying one of these for christmas present but want to look into insurance. Can I put it on house insurance would anybody know. I can buy it instore for €100 but just don't have the cash at the moment.

    Anybody any ideas?

    €239 and the insurance is for 5 years. Prob good in the long run I you had the money.

    AFAIK that would be covered under your house insurance, however as most normal policies have an excess of €200/€250 it'd be most likely useless to you.

    You may want to think of gadgetinsurance.com insure that an a couple of other devices for decent money...
