Noisy fan in LIDL Targa laptop

A friend has a Targa Traveller 1534 laptop (think its a 2.0GHz dual core) with a noisy fan that cuts out after about 10 mins, no doubt due to thermal issues.
A quick look on ebay showed about 10 results, all for power adapters. Since no-one is selling any complete or parts, I expect its just a crap laptop and they have all burned out. Or something.
Anyone know where to source a replacement fan ?

Open it, get the part number off the fan assembly, google that.

Have you cleaned the fan? A good cleanout(disassembly) may have it running just fine. You can then see if the bushing are gone and then replace if needed.
