Should I expect to lose much weight off my chest if I decide to lose weight?

I'm a 21 year old girl, I weigh 10 stone 1 pound and am 5 foot 3 inches. My BMI is 25 so technically I need to lose weight. I dont have a bad figure but I am carrying weight around my tummy and my chest is 34DD. My dress size is 10/12.
I'm just wondering how much weight people recommend I lose, and how much I should expect my chest to reduce?
For example if I decide to lose 7 pounds, will my chest get much smaller?

Id say the ideal weight for someone of your height is about 8.5 or 9 stone? Granted i'm male 5,5 but weight 9 stone. I wouldn't think you'd loose that much off your chest if only loosing a stone or so.

Maybe you prefer skinny girls. But to be honest I like having an a chest and a bum, so I don't want to lose that much.

    It's different for everyone.

Some people lose weight of their boobs first for others it's last.

7lbs won't make a huge bit of difference either way.

Definitely agree with this. A friend of mine lost a lot of weight and her bra size hardly changed. I lost weight off my chest and kept it on the bottom half...the opposite to what I wanted! I was a 38DD and 16 stone - I weigh 10 stone now, and am an inch taller than you...and I'm down to a 36B. So half a stone shouldn't make too much difference to you, I don't reckon.

In terms of how much you should lose: go on how you feel rather than relying on BMI, which isn't a foolproof indication of health (as you will no doubt discover when reading the threads in this forum). The folks on here will be able to advise on your diet and exercise regime, if you're planning to lose a few pounds and get fitter.

    Best of luck. :)
