Surely an improvement, but still not a big fan of the tail lights.

I'm sure E-class owners will appreciate getting mistaken for a C-class. And what is with Merc interiors these days, so chintzy? The last time I saw that much plastic silver it was in the grim Chrylser Crossfire.

Personally, I see no difference between that and current model which looks awful.

It looks less awful than the current model, so at least it's a step in the right direction.

    I love it.
But then again I love the current one but only in a proper spec.
At least they have done away with that odd shoulder over the rear wheel arch. It only worked with very large wheels although I realise it was a throw back to classic Mercedes.

I have no idea what Merc are at.

Moving away from the double circular headlights was certainly a good idea. They hit gold with the C-Class. THey then facelifted the C-Class and the front now looks like a mess.

The worst part of Merc design philosphy seems to be the flying flared wheel arch. Looks terrible.

Looks better than it did, was far to angular before. And looks absolutely hideous in paddy spec.
