Not sure if this is the right place, but just wondering what cable i need to connect these two up together, and how much it is. Cheers.

If your laptop has a HDMI output then it's as simple as using a HDMI cable.

There are other ways, but I'm not 100% sure on them and don't want to give wrong information :p

It depends on what video out sockets you have on your laptop.

As mentioned above, if you have a HDMI then thats the easy one.

As mentioned HDMI is the easiest and the best. If you don't have have HDMI then you will most likely have VGA so get a VGA cable, you will also need an auxiliary cable to carry the sound from the laptop to the pc as VGA does not carry sound.
