This is a 2003 bike, that I bought new last year and have been using as a second bike.
Originally was a V Brake setup, I've changed it over to disc, along with different wheels, shifters, rear cassette. The fork spring has been changed too as the standard one was for riders between 70-80kg, now it's the firmest available for riders 80kg+

I've changed the headset too and in the spirit of honesty, the bottom cup is wedged in there beyond my capability, it sits about 1.5mm shy of flush to the bottom of the head tube, I've tried to remove it but all that's doing is pancaking the cup on the inside. It's been like this now for 3 months and hasn't shown a sign of shifting under riding. The bearings are solid (not caged bearings), so if it did shift no immediate damage should occur and as long as the stem bolts are secure the bars should remain true.

The rear shock is a fox float r (adjustable rebound) and the frame has a dual position travel setting 2.6" and 4.2".
The forks are u turn, which means ride height can be adjusted here too.
The bike is pictured in 4 inch travel mode, I've only really used it in 2.6, light XC. I'm 5'10" but it would really suit someone of 6' and more

Anyway I'm looking for €450 ovno, I'm based in Enniscorthy and you're welcome to test (vinegar hill is just behind me), just bring some lungs.
