How to Shake Protein

Im after buying a Kinetica bottle with the thing on top but I dont know how to use it. Is there any videos online showing how to shake with a bottle with this on top? Thanks

Couldn't be any simpler, just open your bottle, add your liquid usually 200-200ml, then add your protein powder, Close, shake and enjoy

Wait wait, is it liquid or powder first....
I feel a long debate is needed here.

Always liquid first! if you put in powder then liquid you'll get loads of precious proteinz stuck to the bottom of the shaker then your body will go into a catabolic state due to lack of protein and you will look like you dont even lift.

add 100ml of desired liquid, then 1/2 of your supplement serving... close cap and shake.

leave to sit for 5-10minutes to settle.

re open cap add a further 1/4 of total supplement serving size then 50 ml of water, replace cap and shake...

watch episode of family guy while fermenting...

take off cap once more add remaining supplement powder and final 50ml of water... shake for 3 to 4 minutes vigorously... like when you were 13.

carefully remove flip back cap of shaker and consume delish protein rich shake.

Its a long drawn out process but i have found this method actually aids protein absorption by about 1000%
