Will My sky BB be faster than UTV?

I am living in Rush co Dublin. I am currently with UTV on a NGB 24 meg unlimited deal. My actual speed is 0.7 meg due to a lot of excuses and "its my fault" from UTV. Anyway My exchange is LLU. Which I know nothing about only that I read it on boards that you must be on an LLU exchange to get Sky BB. Does LLU help me in…

Brian I'm in rush too and get the same speed. I'm with eircom. I signed up to sky, see how it goes, could it be any worse?
