I ordered the PC on Saturday and paid by IBAN transfer that night and the bank told me it should be in their account within 1 business day. Will I get an email telling me when they recieve the payment or will the status change? Also, how long should delivery take from shipping date ? It's being delivered to an office in Dublin Airport

You'll get an email when they receive payment, and another email when they dispatch the items. In my case this was the same day.

Can't for the life of me remember how long shipping took.

They will email you when they get the payment, which often takes 2 days rather than 1.
Then you will get another email when the items are shipped.

Thanks! Should have it well in time for Christmas then! Any idea how reliable they are ?

They are very popular on here and i have had no issues with my deliveries so i doubt you'll have any problems.

I reckon 90% of the users on this forum have ordered from HWVS at one stage or another. The rest (10% looking for help) have yet to order

I've heard most say their service is outstanding but others say they're very hit and miss when it comes to ordering, fingers crossed I have no problems!

I'd jump on it as quickly as possible all the same just in case their are any hiccups, it'll would really start to be squeaky bum time next week if you left it much later than Wednesday and there was even a slight delay subsequently.

Just make sure everything is at green stock levels before you place the order.:)

Everything was green when I ordered but I'll be sure to check the situation on Wednesday. Thanks!

Ah sorry made the cardinal error of skimming the first few posts , since you are a few days into the process already you should hopefully see it leaving Germany in the next day or so.

Still haven't got an email to say my payment has been received but hopefully I might tonight or tomorrow

In my email it said it was received at 8:24am, so could easily be tomorrow morning Goods were then dispatched by 3pm in my case

Anyone else had problems this week reaching their number? Everytime I try ring it on a landline or mobile it doesn't connect ...... i can't even get a response by email from any of their addresses.....

I had to RMA a graphics card to them, they botched the send-out of a replacement (incorrect address on the package which An Post sent back to them) & am in limbo with no graphics card, a few hundred euros lighter & seeingly no comeback....

Any thoughts on ho to proceed would be appreciated :-(

I sent them a couple of emails last week about an order I had placed but heard nothing back, managed to get them on the phone last wednesday and sort everything out.

I think they're pretty hectic with the christmas season but i'd keeping trying to call if I were you.

Fax number & landline number are failing to connect all morning ....... that's never a good sign that you can't even get through to a fax number
