Is anyone else having issues with certain Channels recently getting this message?

channels i have noticed it on are some of the music channels and Nick jr+1.

one day they are working just fine the next this no satellite signal message pops up, and so on.... channels like nick jr and nick jr 2 are unaffected.

this has been going on for over 2 weeks now,

at first we tried messing with the hardware, resetting the box...etc
now we just don't touch anything and sure enough the next morning they are back.

is it just us or are other sky customers experiencing it?

Are you in an apartment block by chance?

    Your satellite needs adjusting.

not quite an apartment block but every house here runs off the dish fed to the connectors in the wall's so we have no idea where the dish is, we literally connected the sky to the wall and went from there had no issues until recently.
