Im using grenades from holland and Barrett at the moment. Find them great for that energy boost I need. Really notice the difference. Im thinking if trying Jodie Marshes "Semtex". Anybody used these? Any other ones you would recommend?

Green tea, at least its cheap.....

But unfortunately it has bugger all effect. I find running and a sensible high protein diet the most effective method of burning fat.

Pick any properly conducted scientific study and they will all state the same.
    Diet and exercise.

Minimal effects unless your using an illegal substance and they are generally illegal for good reasons.

Green tea is my recommendation, It will have as much effect as anything legal.

    Yes.

    NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION PER 2 CAPSULES
Caffeine (from Anhydrous Cocoa, Guarana) 328mg
    Brazilian Cocoa Extract 240mg
    Capsicum (Cayenne) Extract 190mg
    Green Tea Extract 40mg
    Niacin (Vitamin B3) 35mg NE. RDA 218%
    Guarana Extract 24mg
    Acetyl-L-Carnitine 20mg
    Bioperine 9mg

That's a boat load of caffeine.
I also found Guarana to have far too strong an effect on me.

If you wanted to be bouncing off the walls in the Gym it would work but id be having a chat with my doctor before during and after putting that in my system.

    I still wouldn't though.

As for burning fat... Probably not Its aimed as a pre-workout.

May just stick with the ones Im on right now instead then......

Dont do diet pills can be very dangerous, but if you need to curb your appetite and suffer from water retention, try
    Apple cider
    Green tea
    Dandelion tea

    Than balanced diet and exercise

It's just caffeine sold at a 10,000% markup, like every other legal fat burner on the market. You can buy generic caffeine pills for a lot less if you feel it's helping you.

Would just strong black coffee be just as effective as pills?Or are the caffeine pills much more concentrated?

See your doctor. Honestly before using any of this stuff.

I personally have concerns about taking high dosages of cafeen before exercise or in general.

In my career (software nerd) iv seen a few people develop heart murmurs from cafeeen, that's without exercise. Other stimulants may have other side effects.

Id be getting checked by a doctor fairly regularly and run through what your taking/plan to take. I do this anyway because of a history of high blood pressure from a young age.

Also do your research on every single component your putting through your body. I made this mistake once and gave myself a fright with beta alanine (causes tingling in backs of hands and ears) contained in a per-workout I got as a tester...

All above being said iv felt the same after a cup of coffee before gym time.

    Jack 3D?...

The grenades are designed to keep you buzzing, so you can go and be an animal in the gym and exercise harder, but they are just loaded with caffeine and caffeine can raise your heart rate and mix that with intense exercise, no thanks, you'll damage your heart

I have some Oxy Elite Pro tabs still left. I believe it comes with a good reputation but the FDA has now suspended one of the substances in it apparently.

Should I stop taking it to be on the safe side? I only take them very irregularly at the moment.

What are you trying to say exactly? I might take one before an exercise session, but maybe only two tablets in a 3 week period is what I'm trying to say.

However this FDA warning has put me off them.
