There isn't one. What will work for one person may not work for another.

I've tried loads of methods and found will power to be the best (and cheapest) in the end. Once you have that you don't need the others and without that the others are useless.

You have to want to give up. I suggest you try an e-cig. I've tried everything else and this worked for me because its like your still smoking. You might find going on the patch will result in having to break the habit of pulling the fag to your mouth and having something to pull on. If that is the case then e-cigs are for you.

I am only on them eight days but they are absolutely magic. I never lasted this long with anything else. I can have a smoke inside, I even put the whole craving to the test and got some beers and watched a movie, nope didn't touch a real ciggie I just kept on vaporizing on that e-cig and it was great.

I strongly suggest you give it a go.

I find the one in the shops is usually the Jasper and Jasper disposable and can be ok if you just wanna ''try it out''. I upgraded to getting the Jasper and Jasper explorer but really wish I went for the Kanger twist starter kit everyone is talking about here in the ''vaping'' forum.

I highly recommend you check that forum out and some links to a site that distributes the kanger and how you can get by by spending under 40 euros a month on e-cigs opposed to 257 euro a month on a 20 a day habit.

Best of luck with the e-cig. You won't regret it.
