    Hey there,
Have an event next week which might have a few celiacs in attendance so was wondering does anyone know a good place to get gluten free mince pies?

    I'm based in cork!

    Thanks

You can make them for far less than that, you need to find suet which is gluten free, and need to go to a butcher for it.

    I think the Tesco one's were 4 for €5.99 or 8 for €10

I made these sugar free, wheat free, and they are yummy! You can buy boxes of dried suet in Dunnes in the baking section.
I used 4.5oz each of currants and sultanas instead of buying raisins too. I also coked my fruit for about 3 hrs on low in the slowcooker instead of oven.

Hey probably a bit late on this, but I just bought some for my Sister, who is coming home from Oz, she's Coeliac, there's a company called Delicious based in Cork, Got them from them, bit pricey, but they look yum! Just hope she likes em! €4.50!!!
