Is it worth getting a pre-owned PS3 from someone like gamestop?
At least you get some come back unlike buying through adverts
Which is the best oldest one to go for, the 160GB?
I guess a 12GB one is no good? too small a HD?
    Not for media, just games.

    thanks

Personally speaking, I wouldn't buy second hand, but if I did, it would be from a store, at least you have somewhere to go with any issues.

12GB as it stands is useless(you will be deleting installs/save data continuously), unless you have a HD to swap out.

The bigger the HD the better imo.
