    A receipt showing that you are getting €86 supplementary welfare allowance for the period listed?

    It looks like a statement / payslip.

    SWA = Supplementary Welfare Allowance.

    Thanks for the replies. I didn't receive any payments for this period though, my claim was stopped. I received a letter explaining why earlier in the week, and when I went to the post office yesterday they confirmed that I had no payments. So then why this thing in the post?

    It is a confirmation for payment of SWA. I used to get similar confirmations years ago when I was on IB.
    The money was always paid into a bank account and I got these confirmation papers once a month showing all weekly payments. The statement always arrived at the beginning of the next month via post.
    Have a look at you bank account- your SWA was probably lodged into it.
    Very similar to your form looks the BTSCFA form- but there is a cheque attached to the bottom of it.
