29.99 charge on my debit card, didnt buy anything

    just noticed a charge for 29.99 for wednesday 5th december, how do I check what this charge was for?

    Thanks for posting.

    If the charge is a card transaction and the narrative reads as 'DEBIT CARD', the details will update when the retailer has processed the payment in full. After this has occurred, if you still do not recognise the transaction, a representative in Banking365 or your branch can look into it further for you. Banking365 can be contacted on 0818 365 365, and contact details for your branch can be found here.
