Coopers Premium Selection Sparkling Ale

    In a haste I bought a can of Coopers Selection Sparkling Ale instead of buying the Coopers IPA:mad:

    I still didn't notice until half way through making up the batch. I made a hop tea with 40g roughly of Cascade and plan to dry hop pretty much the remaining Cascade (60g)

    Anyone done this kit before and if anyone thinks adding the cascade will be ok?

    they look much the same... its not as bitter but if adding hop tea will be nice. with that amount of hops you will be well sorted...

    I did the Sparkling Ale once and wasn't very happy with it. But I didn't dry hop so your results are likely to be better than mine. 60g sounds like a lot, but what the hell.
