    hey guys,

right so have a bench and a couple of dumbells. can do chest exercises, couple of back, shoulder press etc. in the house no prob

wanna do some leg stuff. dont have space for rack or anything like that.

what are the essentials that you would have in your own minimalist home gym?

what would you suggest for leg work?

Besides the leg stuff my essential would be a chinup bar, and/or gymnastic rings, esp at home as it takes up little room.

If I was starting again I would have gotten one of the new shamrock gyms

Dunno if irish lifting have them yet.

A suspension system can let you do assisted pistol squats too, and a few other leg exercises.
