    Hi to everyone,

Please help if you all can :(

Have this central heating system in house fired with oil.

    Problem
4 rads out of 6 on second floor is cold and would not heat up with heating on in 1st and 2nd floor. 1st floor rads would be hot as normal, no airlocks. Only 2 rads in second floor would be hot, the rest 4 cold. Oil tank is full with oil. Oil burner is serviced and working 100%. Water tank in attic is full. In picture red dial shows where pressure should be, black dial is on zero now. Lever is in close position.

    Solutions tried with no success
    1.Solution
-turned on heating on 1 and 2 floor
-when all rads hot (except cold ones) turned off 1st floor heating
-closed all rads in 2nd floor
-tried to bleed cold rads by opening each separately
-got some air out and rads went hot
    -opened remaining rads
-previous cold ones went from hot to cold again
-while bleeding system, opened lever that suppose to bring more water into system and rise pressure gauge....no change whatsoever even with one rad bleeding screw in open position and lever open to push whatever air is in out. (was advised to try these steps by professional plumber that checked our system last time when same problem appeared, it was fixed by bleeding rads this way, but this time there is no pressure in system so bleeding cant be done properly)
When all rads on 2nd floor are turned off and one left open you can hear that water start to run through it. When I try to bleed coldest rad, plenty of air comes out, but with pressure low, any air or water comes out very weak and with no pressure.

Please lads help if possible. I'm not a plumber or specialist, but would like to try any other common steps or ways before call plumber again for his 2minute job if it's the case.

So my problem would be NO PRESSURE IN SYSTEM. All heating system is barely 1 year old and everything is kind of in order. :(

    Appreciate any help. ;)

When opening the lever valve check that the control knob (black knob) is also open, the system will not fill if one is closed, the system is empty so there is your problem, why! is the cause, have you been bleeding rads without topping up.

Incidentally!!! if you had posted in the plumbing section Bumps wouldnt have been neccecery.

Thanks mate for advice and advice. Didn't know what that black knob is, so assumed it's working as is and better to not touch it to not f up anything. Turned out you where right about it and system been empty. When lever was open there was no water flow in system as black control knob was in close position. Opened knob and raised pressure to 1bar and was able to bleed rads properly know. This should sort things out for me know.
Was desperate for answer from lads here, that's why bumped my post.
Thanks "Billy Bunting" for guide ;)
