fixed charge summons

    i am in court tomorrow (didnt think it was till next week), have no solicitor, the appearance is for non payment of two fixed charge notices which i received in october, i could not afford to pay them i rang the issuing tax office and asked for an extension she said i had a week to pay them she lowered the total by 20 euro so i still couldnt pay them can i go into court tomorrow and ask the judge for an extension myself any advice any body could give me would be great havent been to court before :eek::eek:
