    what kind of exercises can one do with bands? looking for something simple for the home, real small apartment

    I have a trx and have to say I'm loving it there is no end of exercises you can do. Yes I agree there fancy gym rings with straps so what ever you can get your hand on.
    I have a door anchor with them which is very handy and doesn't mark the door.
