Do kids still go mitching from school? (AWOL) or has mobile phones ruined that practice, god I remember mitching from Jambo CBS and a good old shop keeper in Francis street would sell 2 cigarettes and a box of matches to kids when we were around 10 years old, he couldnt give a sh*t what age you were.

Less twitching windows these days, which I'd say has probably cancelled out the ease of contacting people.

You wernt doing it right if the cameras caught you :D
we were in heywood for secondary school...its what you'd imagine the hilton hotel and mountjoys concrete lovechild would look like.but any mitching we done was carefully planned around the cameras blind spots...good times :)

Back in 1982 when I was 8 myself and a buddy went and hid in this small wood that overlooked our school during lunch break. We were't really sure what we were going to do,we'd been planning to do it for weeks we had this vauge plan that we'd hitchhike up to Cork city and get up to all kinds of devilment but as it turns out we just stayed in the wood watching the teachers below searching for us.A group of older lads then were sent to search the wood and caught us.
