Estimating rebuild costs for home insurance-is there anyway I can find avg costs?

    I'm thinking about renewing our house insurance atm but I'm really not sure what I should be insuring it for. I've heard rebuild costs have dropped but is there any place I could find what ball park region I'd be aiming at for an average 3 bedroom semi in a city? I was thinking 200k, does that sound average ? Any advice gratefully welcomed.
