Kitchen/living room and 2 bathrooms.

You would share appartment with another 5 music students. The appartment is connected to another appartment with 6 other students but you are almost isolated from them.

10 mins to DART, 5-10 mins to main BUS stops. Just above an Spar Shop in case you need some emergency food.

It's needed one month deposit and the first month (January) in advance before Christmas.
