Alkuajatus - The Original Thought - The Little Manual of Life (Hannu 2010.)

The human copies thoughts from his environment since childhood. These outer thoughts define for example the valuations and what one should do in life, and therefore they become outer wills that replace his own original will. A life that is based on outer thoughts isn't one's own, it's some other life.

With the help of the knowledge in this book, one learns how to undo this process by revealing the outer thoughts and growing the awareness of oneself. When an outer thought is found, one has grown aware of it, and can therefore cancel its influence. By continuing this work and raising the level of consciousness, the viewpoint of the choices moves towards the own original and true will.

The book contains solid, and most importantly, functional knowledge of the inner reality. Highly recommended!
