Percussionist and synth player wanted in Dublin

Hi guys. I've been working on some of my own electronic music over the last few years, ranging from trance and house to mellow electronica, drum and bass and that. If truth be told, I know what I like but I haven't found a style that sits right with me at the moment, but I've decided to expand my operation a bit more and get some more people with new ideas on board. I am a real bass-junkie and love a proper chest rattling bassline and a good solid beat as well as some nice synth riffs.

For this reason I'm looking for a percussionist/drummer (bongos, timbale, cowbell as well as the more conventional drums. Frankly if you can hit it to a rhythm I'm interested), and a synth player (analog synth and nice strings and banging piano riffs as well as whatever else you think seems right!). If you have a good ear for production and song structure than that would be a big plus, and you must provide your own gear.

What I can provide is a good solid bassline, sequencer riffs, synth drum riffs and all done on hardware. I try to limit my use of computers as much as possible. I have 3 Korg Electribes (EA1, ES1 and EMX1), a x0xb0x (very cool Roland TB303 clone), powered mixer and laptop for recording on.

I accept that this is a first step. That's what I'm trying to make. You wouldn't be joining a band here, you'd be getting involved in creating one.

My influences range from Irish bands like Le Galaxie and Sleep Thieves to others like Orbital, the Prodigy, Hardfloor, Fischerspooner, and anyone who makes a great bassline.

You can have a listen to my souncloud channel here. My youtube channel is here.

Drop me a message if you're interested!

    Cheers,

    Ross

Ok seeing as neither of the people who said they were interested have shown any real interest in making something happen I'm putting this out there again. Any takers for either drums or synth?
