I want to get into afrobeat and I guess that Fela Kuti is the artist to go for. I can't really decide which album to try first though. Any suggestions?

Don´t have an anwer for you but you reminded me that I must dig out a Femi Kuti (his son) album I have somewhere. Any House heads might have some remixes in their crates too.

    Zombie is a great start.

There's so much stuff of his out there. I have a few ones like Zombie, Expensive ****, Alagbon Close, Shuffering and Shmiling, Unknown Soldier and Why Black Man Dey Suffer?. They're all really good.
