Can anyone advise if deals are being offered by Bank of Ireland to change from a tracker mortage to a variable or fixed rate.

Are you mad. the short term pay out will be a lot less than the long term saving of a tracker mortgage.

Give them a call they might have an offer available.

I suppose thats my question - has anyone been given an offer for their tracker.

The short term payoff willl only be less - if the short term payoff is less - otherwise it will be better.

    Hi Tidyweb,

    Thanks for your post.

We would recommend calling into your local branch and the Mortgage Advisor will talk you through the rate options that are available to you. Contact details for your local branch can be found here.

    Thanks
    Tara
