    Quick question , what official age can you be to Apply and sit the theory test ? Do you have to be 17 and over ? Can you be 16 and do the test ?

    You can take it any age but the theory test cert is expired after two years.
    Legal age to get a provisional license for a car is 17 and bike is 16 so realistically would want to be 15 for a car or 14 for a bike so the cert doesn't expire when wanting to get the provisional license
