Inspiron 530 - Graphics upgrade

My dad is currently using a Dell Inspiron 530 as the "Family computer". Recently the graphics card, an ATI 2600XT died and we need a new one. The case is a bit of a midget and the old card was a bit of a squeeze, so I need something small and cheap. I don't particularly want an upgrade, a sidegrade will do fine. The maximum I can spend is €50, but preferably less. Can anyone recommend something? I don't care if it's second hand, or whatever.

Rest of the specs that I know are:
    Core 2 Quad
    3 gigs of RAM
    350W PSU of unknown brand

You could get something like a 6450. No real gaming, I'm assuming.
I suppose it would be PCI-E slots that you'd be talking about as most of the AGP would have been gone by that stage.

You'd want to check to see if you need a low profile card. Some cards have got a lower bracket on the back for smaller sized cases.
