2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming - ArmA 2 ; Battlefield 3 ; The Elder Scrolls : Skyrim.

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No we only have laptops at present

5. Do you need a monitor? yes

5a. If yes, what size do you need. 20/22


6. Do you need any of these peripherals? Keyboard and Mouse

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Only if safe

8. How can you pay? Any

9. When are you purchasing? ASAP need for christmas

10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Hope to get it ready built.

you could save a few quid by dropping to a 7770, dropping to 4gb ram, dropping the hard drive to a smaller one eg 500g?
I think and AMD cpu and board will be what makes the biggest difference price wise.
Also if your lucky, you might find someone on here that would build it for you

Im only just gone 16 and when i ordered it myself a few months ago i was thinking the same thing about building myself but its alot easier then you might think

To be honest, its not that difficult. If they had the whole day to do it, and help from us through boards, they'd be fine.

Specs wise, it should give them good performance in their games, but probably not ultra settings.
