The lineup is heaviness itself, with ragga breakin crunk core commando Prince Kong kickin in from London to play not one but two sets – one with vocal warrior Lady Grew ruling the mic and at the finish a set of mysterious unheard new material, taking us in a whole new Kong direction...
Lady Grew, a mistress of the mic and masher of molecules will be droppin her own flavahs all night long and ridin' new riddims as well as the rafters if we're lucky..

Backing up the fury will be longtime Galway souljah Prunisher , with a selection of beashtly breakcore and gabber goodness alongside regular raggamuffin Welfare rinsing the Jungle bells

PRINCE KONG
Prince Kong is a London bassed Paddy exile specialising in precision cut rhythm edits and agressive/contorted sounds.
He is a man on a mission to blow up the dance and inspire multiple forms of ASBO inducing behaviour and other social niceties! Kong is a prolific producer whose incendiary live shows have earned him a reputation on the underground ravin ragga scene. The man is notorious for mixin up the breakcore buzz with a more ragga-grime twang . Having worked with stalwart crew Warrior Queen, Jah Balance, Lady Grew and MC Rodrigo,Tommy Trouble and Eccleton Jarrett he's no stranjah to the art of layin down a riddim for the talented mic-bearer. With releases on a multitude of labels such as !Kaboogie, Acroplane, Alphabet Set,Ghetto Quietly and Middle Management and an encyclopedic knowledge of the frequency spectrum, Prince Kong is both a formidable ally and enemy!

LADY GREW

Lady Grew is a Cork based singer/rapper originally from Ohio. She has collaborated with raggacore producer Prince Kong, on the tracks "Sub Dentata" on Well Sick (!Kaboogie), and "Whatcha" and "Marchfloor" and on the Proper Horror Show release on Ghetto Quietly. Most recently, Kong produced her EP Bass Bully (Ghetto Quietly). She has also worked with Cork-based dubstep producer T-Lab and Berlin-trip-hop producer N-Noiz, and the Hungarian DJ Selekta Jahmaica (with whom she writes reggae vocals). Her shows include acrobatics, pole dancing and step-squad style cheerleading.

PRUNISHER

After living in Limerick and Dublin and settling in Galway in 2001, Prun has been playing at and promoting breakcore, electro and techno nights in various venues, as well as frequent “non club” events. Prun has supported artists such as Jerome Hill and Michael Forshaw and has performed at legendary and now defunct festivals, Mantua and Leechrum. Now living in Sweden, he currently runs a serious techno night but is looking forward to returning g.side to push his flavor of wonky breakcore... Expect Hard, Fast and P[r]unishing.

WELFARE

Welfare is a 30 year old Irish electronic music DJ/Producer/Promoter/Sound system operator currently based in Galway, Ireland.
He's gigged all over Ireland,the UK,U.S,Canada and has played in a few spots on the continent too
He's played alongside an impressive wave of talent such as,Orbital,Pinch,Loefah,DJ Hype,Krome and Time,Doc Scott,Hatcha,Scuba,Dsitance,Boxcutter,Youngsta,MRK1,RSD,Blawan.Radikal Guru and many,many more...
He has been producing various electronic styles for about 2 years with releases on !Kaboogie Records and Ghetto Quietly.
Welfare was also part of the production duo SubVersus,along with fellow bass music producer Shatterfreak.
He has been a long term member of Ireland's long running Dubstep and Bass music crew and record label, DubCulture - dubcultureirl.blogspot.ie
Welfare is also the man behind the Jungle Boogie! collective an old school Jungle crew ,as well as the promoter at the Choonage clubnight in Galway.
He hosted a weekly radio show on Raidio na Life in Dublin from 2008-2010 called the Welfare Clinic hosting over 40 guests from the Dubstep,Jungle,IDM and hardcore scenes -
He was also a founding member in 2007 of Electronic Resistance,a sound system collective of anarchist and radical leftist DJs,producers and promoters.
