It was from a nice lady standing outside the school who was opposed to the property tax, reducing child benefit, cut backs on education, special needs assistance etc.

All the things that I am highly aware of. I'm against them too *shakes fist* -

I asked her whether the political party she supports were 'pro-life', she said she in all honesty, 'didn't know..' it's not something they speak about - Huh?

I handed it it back. I asked if she could clarify this first, and then I'll take her leaflet outside my sons school, and take one, maybe when they work that out!

If the person handing on the leaflet hasn't got a notion? Well...I think we're stuck between our alternative and ( just say no, to tax to bin charges, and to every kind of cut heroes ) and those political parties who support these things and are not even remotely aware, or remotely care, or self aware at all about what their party represents, and not entirely honest either.

It's very simple to ask that question? No?

What are you for and against, other than 'fees and charges' etc. etc. we know that you are against that - and it will always go down well, to say 'No', but what exactly are you for?

I drew a blank - she didn't know how to answer?

Only how to answer about the money - and the new political party of the people...

    Meh! Save it!

Is this story really deserving of it's own thread?

Lmaopml, I'm going to close this as it seems to be more suited to a political forum, and left here can only turn into yet another abortion related thread.
