Wireless DIY Alarm System < €500

    Hi,
    A friend of mine has asked me to look into getting a DIY alarm system for him for less than €500. He has a new build but's it not wired for an alarm system so it'll have to be wireless. At present, it's just an alarm sytem but he would like to add some cameras in future if this is possible with the budget.

    His house has 2 doors (front & back), patio doors, 9 windows downstairs, 9 windows upstairs. What would you recommend for the price? Don't know what other info I need to provide. How many PIRs would I need also?
