Looking for some advice on what may be going on with an Octavia radio.
The car has been having trouble with its battery going dead. Recently it was jump started and afterwards the radio wouldn't come on, ie, no power coming into the rdaio unit full stop.
Is it likely that some damage to the radio was caused by the jump start or is there another reason for this problem?

I have the radio code for the unit but as the power isn't coming through to the unit it is of no use right now.

Any advice/opinions would be welcome as I'm not having much joy with finding any information on similar issues online so far.

    Glazers Out!
