PCD on the punto is 4x98 and the micra is 4x100 so i wouldn't say so

It's not impossible but you will need bolts with offset washers for the 2mm pcd difference, and spigot rings as the punto hubs are about 7mm bigger,

Possible, but so not worth it.

Are you looking to replace the tyres on your existing wheels? or are you buying second hand wheels to put winter tyres on?

Go to a part worn tyre shop, it should cost around €30 per tyre

Ye you should be able to get brand new, known brand tyres fitted for 40-45 each fitted professionally. You'll probably pay 20 each for some crappy old part- worns and then have to pay someone to fit them .
