It's hard to say what the prices are in Korea, but hopefully they offer good prices since S Korea is a renowned technology centres of the world.
You'll have to source these components where you are buying so I can only provide loose recommendations.

    CPU - 3570K

Motherboard - Z77 chipset. Avoid low end boards like the cheap gigabyte ones or MSI's G43 as they have poor overclocking options. MSI's G45 is a good one, so don't discount the brand just on one bad board.

RAM - 1600MHz DDR3 should be fine. 8GB should do.

Graphics - Hard to say without seeing the prices. You might fit something like a 7950 in there. If not, even a 7850 would do.

Storage - Try to fit a SSD in there. 128GB SSDs are good value at the moment. Crucial M4 and Samsung 830 are the best; buy the cheaper of them.
Main storage - 1TB WD should do you. WD10EZEX.

Case - Whatever takes your fancy.

PSU - Hard to say without seeing what's available. Don't be mean now. 500/550W should be grand for overclocking and upgrades. Look out for reliable brands like, say Antec or Corsair, but check every individual model that you're thinking of buying before you get it! Read in depth, proper reviews. See my signature for the PSU review database.

DVD drive - Just get a SATA one that writes to DVDs and you should be fine.

Heatsink - Hard to say without seeing what's available. Thermalright have a few good ones - True Spirit. Or Scythe Mugen.
