    Hi All,

I have a dell latitude e6150 for work. The problem is that when I boot it up, the cursor heads off to the top right of the screen. If i try and bring it back with the touchpad, it goes off again..

If I leave it for a few minutes, it will relax, and i have control again. But if i tilt the screen, move the laptop, touch off the little mouse in the middle of the keyboard, off goes the cursor again..

I've googled this issue, and no joy.
I've tried to disable the mouse in the middle of the keyboard, again, no joy.
Lastly, I've tried to see if there's an accelerometer on-board, to try to disable that, but, you guessed it....

As a token of my appreciation, an itunes song of your choice to the boardsie who can help me and my cursor get along..

    Cheers,
    Squ.

Wow you put up with that for 14 months? Did you try updateing the touchpads drivers? Could be something as simple as that I think dell have a service that will check your pc for updates on there website. Hope this helped ya

I've learned to live with it, like a cranky uncle who won't move out..
