    So my 2002 S80 is being a bo**ox :confused:

    On acceleration it there is a pretty bad lag?

    The rev counter behaves perfect...no jumps on acceleration!!

    Green Diesel said try the Idle Control Valve but it doesn't have one!!

    Turbo control valve seems fine as the rev counter will drop if this has gone! Some say the older throttle body gives trouble but I can't seem to find a part number to tell if its the older 02 or newer 02 :confused:

    Pic attached shows the same unit but I'm not spending 300+ on a new one if I don't need to :D

    I will be checking the plugs tomorrow to see what the are like as the dealer 'serviced it' in June prior to me buying it! (1 month gearbox engine warranty)

    I may be selling it but don't want to let it go with that problem 1 encase of a comeback and 2 I wouldn't like it done to me!

    Are these online OBD unit' worth the money?? They may show up something!!
