I dont know that you can fit an mATX board into a dell(It'd be BTX). They're kind of designed not to be upgradable.

    Dells are very un-upgradeable.

What is the original processor in the Dell?

That graphics card is basically a rebranded GT 520 which is pretty awful for modern gaming

Save money, build your own budget machine, that's my advice.

This is my current processor x86 Family 15 Model 6 Stepping 4 GenuineIntel ~2793 Mhz.
How much would you spend on an entry level gaming rig?

How much cash can you scrape together maximum? Do you have anything that can be used already.. Windows, dvd drive, monitor, etc?

It can be done starting from 300 euros, that's
    Processor
    Motherboard
    4 gigs ram
    Case
    PSU
    Harddrive

If you need Windows + monitor you're looking closer to 500 euros.

Could spend 350-400 euros. Have monitor keyboard and mouse. Not sure about the dvd drive or hardrive the might not work with new motherboards there old enough. I also could do with Windows 7..
