    But they are powerless in a lot of senses, if you have a contract you are okay as they are bound by it, if not then leave and find somewhere else and screw them.

    Hi Emma,
    the best is to go to Threeshold, they advise and help tenants experiencing difficulties with their landlords, their office is in Merchants road, about 200 metres from VTOS, same side of the road;-)
