    I dont know if this is the right section ;

    I want to record a tape from my camcorder to a DVD. I have no problem recording onto DVD. They are two seperate tapes and I want to put them all on one DVD. For example I have a wedding on one tape and the wedding afters on another tape and I want to put them i one disk. How do i put it all i one dvd? It's not a Usb camcorder

    Does the camcorder have any form of connections for output ? Perhaps if you post the make/model ? If it's just an analogue type unit then you may need some form of Video capture device to record the video into a computer and then edit them together before transferring them to a DVD.

    If you're using a Windows computer then there are lots of options for video grabbers, googling may be useful.

    It is a Samsung VP-L850 Pal Hi8, 8mm Camcorder. It has and S-Video connection. I tryed googling for the best option but no luck

    Assuming you have a Windows computer then any of the devices listed here should suffice. Quality may vary as will included software. You can also use Moviemaker which is bundled with most current versions of Windows - you will still need one of the hardware devices listed though.

    Once you have the video in the computer and edit it then programs like Nero will allow creation of a DVD playable in any domestic DVD Player.
