Support groups - specifically GROW

    Hi,

After an attempt off medication, I'm recently back on Mirtazapine, mainly for anxiety, and due to no contact with family (a no go area) I'm relying heavily on my partner for support, which isn't good for him.
Terrified as I am of the prospect I think a support group would do me (and him) good, and force me out of the house. Problem is I can't seem to find any running in Longford. I found this website; www.grow.ie They have a group in Longford but it says it is 'In Recess' so my option is Westmeath. Has anyone been to one of their meetings? I'm wondering if they're any good, obvious anxiety stressor!

Thanks so much for any help
