I'm looking for one of these for my boyfriend.

If I send a jersey, will they get the team/most of the team to autograph it for me, if I ask very nicely?!

( I live in the East, so not going to be easy to manage!)

All you can do is contact the county board and ask.
Is your boyfriend by any chance a Mayo season ticket holder or a member of the supporters club? That'd increase your chances I'd say.

Thanks. He's not a season ticket holder as he lives in the east also and said he wouldn't get the 'worth' out of a season ticket as he's not home every weekend. Not sure about the supporters club. The Mayo GAA site doesn't seem to be working but I emailed the PRO to ask anyway.

One thing to note which I forgot: because Mayo reached the All Ireland final, the county team are not allowed to return to training until the end of December. They could still organise it but it may be difficult.

Thanks - you're a mine of information! I don't have a clue about training sessions and the likes - and don't want to send the jersey off on a wild goose chase and have nothing to give him..... what I might do is try and get it done, give him somethign else for xmas and give that when it's done/if it can be done. It's times like this I need 'contacts' in the GAA world! :)
