    Hi guys

Looking for some opinions on Bridgestone, tried ringing the number on their site to no avail.

I went to a well known Thai gym a few weeks ago and it really wasn't beginner friendly at all so I wanted a few opinions before trying out Bridgestone.

    Cheers

Best gym in the world!! haha... ok I'll admit I train there and might be slightly bias :)
There are beginner classes on from Monday to Thursday so why not just pop down and check it out for yourself, only way your going to know for sure. Free to spectate if you only want to check out how the classes are run

I only dropped in there for a few classes but i found it very beginner friendly and the instructors and training partners were sound so that helps. Beginners class has plenty of shadow boxing followed by a tough pads session.

Actually I'll just ad to this for anyone wondering about the quality of the training.

Bridgestone fighters just got awarded best international fighter of the year, best pro male fighter of the year, best pro female fighter of the year and best gym of the year for 2012 by the Muay Thai Council.
