MY friend has lived in a 1bed apartment for 4 years , she never claimed
tax credits for loan interest .
Does she have to apply for mortgage loan tax relief before december 30th?
Shes not a first time buyer , this is the 2nd apartment she bought.
She sold the first apartment 5 years ago.
Will she get 7 years tax relief on loan interest on the apartment she is in now.

AS far as i know she never claimed any tax credits,
she got a council loan on the first apartment.
LAST time i checked the ceiling . max tax credits on interest is 3k for single person per year.
the second apartment was bought in 2008.
