I have been renting an accommodation with the RAS for 8 mths, recently the Landlord gave written notice that he needs his house back therefore breaking the lease.
The RAS offered me another house which is 19 miles away so I turned them down as it's too far from my childrens school, so they asked me to move the kids out of their schools and into one closer to the house, which I said no way to.
So in the next couple of weeks, myself and my family are homeless, where do we stand??
