Doubt it, the rerecord was probably built into the final sound mix

No, there isn't. There isn't any deleted scenes or commentary tracks either

thats a pity, as much as i like banes voice, i would have loved to have seen the original version, as he seems far more menacing

Nolan doesn't slap deleted scenes of any kind on his movies, I think the scene with The Joker on the bus during the hospital explosion was the only one shown on the DVD despite there being tons of alternative footage that was seen in the teasers / trailers / TV spots.
