    It depends.

You need to have matching stud pattern, offset and centre bore for them to fit properly, you then need a low profile tyre so that it'll still fit in the wheelarch.

This is your corsa that your sisters friend crashed?

If its just the size you are worried about as long as 15's aint to wide or mad offset they will fit a corsa grand. All the above being correct obviously, pcd etc.

Try using this calculator, just enter in your current size and new size

Unless the OP wants elastic bands for tyres, some increase in the outside radius is advisable

Sorry is this a joke or did I miss something?

Someone hardly mentioned putting 13 tyres on 15 wheels??

    You missed something.

What dgt posted is a calculator which will tell you the correct new tyre size to get to keep the outside radius of the new and old tyres the same.

If you do this you end up with very low profile tyres which may not be suited to 2 people learning to drive

Yes. Fitting alloys that are too big and heavy for the car is a good way to instantly disimprove your handling, speed and braking performance

Rubbish, 15's are no problem on a corsa. We are not talking extremes here so don't be putting the OP off.

On a bog standard car it will reduce performance even more so than on a sporty car. Look up rotational velocity and unsprung weight and educate yourself

Educate yourself by doing not by google. I am glad my performance wasn't reduced to much on every single car I owned for the last 10 years.

In the real world, when you change to an alloy, you will have a larger wheel circumference and a smaller profile, making the difference sweet fa when its what we are talking about here. He is not looking to squeeze 19's on there or anything. Also the alloys will likely be lighter too.

When I bought my car it had 16s on it (the car was sold with 15s). Switching down to lightweight 15s (about half the weight) was the best thing I ever did to it. Noticeably faster acceleration, softer on the road and better handling.

I doubt 15" alloys would be lighter than 13" steel wheels, unless he's going for forged (which would be wasted on a Corsa).

Anyway, isn't fitting stupidly big wheels on cars a bit 90s?

Stupidly big and 15's hardly go in the same sentence, but I suppose it depends what "scene" your into.

You know every person that changes something on a car then goes on to assure themselves that said change has made a huge improvement, I have seen it countless times. But yes obviously if you changed some weight etc it will make a difference.

the OP asked if the wheels will fit and work perfectly and the answer is yes they will, there will be very little or no noticeable difference.

Having weighed some 13" wheels in the past at around 6 kg's, I would be happy enough to swap them for say some 15" rotas at around or slightly under the same weight.

Yeah, my 15" Rotas are about 5.5 kgs so they would be lighter. Most 15" alloys are around 8 kgs though

So ya wouldn't need forged rims at all, just cheapo rotas :-)
Rotas are essentially copies so hardly expensive.
