Ordering Hatton fight Primetime

    Not sure about any of you guys but the website is crap. You cannot order online. You enter your details and it won't process the request.

    Anyway, call 1520666006 or 00448448111822 from your phone and you will get thru to someone in Primetime to order the event.

    Primetime is on channel 498 with Sky TV.

    Maybe you won't get thru. Joke. I have called several times and had to hang up. Nobody answering.

    Are 1520 no's premium ffs. Best i'm hoping for is they make a sham of it which seems to be the case and sky take it over for free.



    tweeted them just after this & no reply. I see the website is giving the option to register for this now.

    You're probably aware of it but there were officially problems with Primetime on Saturday evening and they are giving refunds

    Thanks. I was aware of the issues. I have contacted sky for a refund because primteime said they sent my signal. The Sky box could not receive the satellite signal. Sky look like they will refund me.

    This happened with another big fight recently as well, cannot remember which one.

    Does not give you faith in Primetime though.

    Yeah I seem to remember either Boxnation or Primetime struggling to cope with demand for one of their fights a while back and they ended up showing it for free.

    Primetime is a strange one though. I tried to buy the Martinez/Chavez fight online and the website wasn't particularly co-operative. I eventually got a message telling me to phone them. I got the hump and just left it. If a PPV company can't cater for online purchasing in the year 2012 it's pretty shambolic. I was already willing to pay them for the fight, I think it's pretty high-handed they expect you to pay to ring them too.
    The picture quality on that channel is pretty ropey as well.

    I don't even bother trying to order from Primetime anymore after twice spending the guts of three evenings trying to ring them to no avail. My buddy owns a pub and the Hatton fight was the first one he actually was able to order from them after a number of tries for other fights ending up like myself.
    Utterly USELESS customer service / ordering facilities.
